Return and Refund
I want you to relish every moment of your Essential Body experience and we work very hard to make sure we have every detail covered. If you have not fallen completely in love with your purchase or if your purchase has a fault (highly unlikely) please send us a note within 48 hours of delivery. I welcome the opportunity to understand your specific requirements and find you a suitable match, that you absolutely adore. We don’t want to waste a moment of your time and will do our utmost to facilitate a stress-free experience.
If you are a first time client, I understand the trepidation and hence suggest the option of purchasing one of my 5ml products. It will be all the reason you need.
For reasons related to hygiene, products once opened will not be eligible for return.
Any Refund or Exchange is only applicable for purchases made through essentialbody.in.
Shipping charges and taxes are not eligible for refunds.
The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping when sending the product back to us for a return or exchange.
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Send us an email at email@example.com with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced.
We do not accept returns on opened products. Once opened, your product is ineligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. We also request you provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. You have 48 hours from the time the product is delivered to you.
If you receive the wrong item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so that we may rectify the order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety and hygiene purposes, we categorically do not accept returns on any opened products. All products once purchased as ineligible for returns except for the reasons stated above.
All bespoke and customized orders are ineligible for returns and exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please mail us at contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our lab or shipped i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Personalised/customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
